There will be a meeting on Monday at 6:00 pm, of all members who have or wish to volunteer to meet, greet, cook and serve the members of the Brotherhood Ride, who will be arriving Thursday and departing on Friday. This is an organizational meeting to explain what needs to be done.
Approximate time of their arrival on Thursday, is between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. After the meet and greet upon their arrival, they will proceed to Vero Beach High School to shower. They will then return to the Lodge where we will feed them and their escorts. They will be sleeping in the Ballroom. They will awake Friday morning and we will be serving them breakfast. They will be leaving approximately 8:00 am.
