The Lodge has received a very generous settlement of a claim that was submitted for damages from the recent Hurricane Irma and includes complete roof repair. In order for repairs to procede, our membership must approve a release of our reserve funds for capital improvements to enable the roofer to make repairs which need to be completed on an urgent basis while awaiting the insurance company settlement.
The purpose of the meeting will be to obtain membership approval to release our reserve funds.
