Format: 4-Person Scramble Three DIVISIONS
(1) Men’s Open (2) Legends (Players 70+) (3) Couples
Prizes: There will be prizes in all Divisions for winning teams as well as Men &
Ladies longest drive, Closest-to-the-pin, Skins Game, Putting contests and
Raffle drawings for prizes.
Benefit: Proceeds will go to the Elks Vero Beach, Fl. No. 1774
Entry Fee: $60.00 Per Person
Entry includes Range Balls, Golf, Cart and Prizes.
Mulligans will also be sold for $5.00 each (Maximum of 2 per person)

Deadline: The entry deadline is First come, First served. Entries will be limited to the
first 36 teams
